LHU Moot Courtroom

The LHU Moot Courtroom was officially inaugurated on October 16, 2025, and is located in Room G201, Campus 5. The facility is managed and operated by the Faculty of Administration – International Economics.

The Moot Courtroom was established to provide a practical learning environment where students can develop professional skills through simulated court proceedings. Designed to reflect the setting of a real courtroom or mediation session, it offers students hands-on learning experiences that connect academic knowledge with legal practice.

Here, students majoring in Law and Economic Law take on the roles of judges, lawyers, prosecutors, or litigating parties. More than a classroom, the Moot Courtroom serves as a practice space where students can build confidence in presenting arguments, debating legal issues, and developing essential professional skills before entering the legal profession.

Bridging theory and practice

The Moot Courtroom supports practical training in a variety of legal subjects, including:

- Civil Procedure Law and Civil Judgment Enforcement

- Criminal Procedure Law

- Commercial Arbitration Law

- Administrative Procedure Law

- Laws on Judicial Support Activities

Instead of focusing only on classroom theory, students participate in simulated court hearings, commercial mediation sessions, contract negotiations, and the resolution of commercial disputes.
